1. METAL CONTROL Target驗(yàn)廠-金屬物件管理
1.1 Needle, Sharp ObjectsPoints 針和利器
Sharp objectspoints pose a cutting or piercing injury hazard to the wearer.
銳利的物體容易對(duì)穿著者產(chǎn)生切割或刺穿的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
Foreign bodies left in garments during manufacture can also pose a health risk.
同時(shí)也容易導(dǎo)致健康問(wèn)題。
Known Objects 已知的物品如下：
? Broken sewing machine needles. 斷針
? Hand sewing needles. 繡花針
? Pins or staples. 大頭針或訂書(shū)釘
? Safety pins. 安全別針
? Broken or burred edges on accessories. 斷裂或者帶刺的輔料
? Metal zips. 金屬拉鏈
? Sharp points or edges on accessories. 帶銳利點(diǎn)或者邊的輔料
? Wired ribbon. 電纜
? Brooches.胸針
1.2 Needle Control Procedure 針頭管理流程
1.2.1 No sewing worker operator shall be in possession of any needles other than those in the machine. 工人和操作人員不能擁有任何除機(jī)器上以外的針
1.2.2 All spare needles must be held by a supervisor in a secure, locked location with record of qtytype. 所有多余的針都必須由主管保管在安全、上鎖的位置，并記錄數(shù)量種類。
1.2.3 Only the supervisor shall issue needles to operators. 只有主管才能發(fā)放針
1.2.4 If a needle becomes blunt, the supervisor will issue a new needle and retain the old one for safe disposal. Regular, planned replacement is recommended.
如果機(jī)器里的針變鈍，主管才能發(fā)新針并要收回舊針合理丟棄。通常推薦丟在計(jì)劃好的位置。
1.2.5 If a needle breaks, the parts must be looked for. When all are found, a new needle can be issued.
如果針頭斷裂，必須找回?cái)嗔巡糠帧Ｋ袛嗔巡课徽业揭院蟛拍馨l(fā)新針。
1.2.6 If all the parts cannot be found, the following procedure must be carried out
如果有些部位找不到，必須按照如下步驟進(jìn)行
a. Work being stitched, plus adjacent bundles, must be screened with a hand-held metal detector in a special area. A wooden table positioned away from the sewing line is recommended. 在已經(jīng)做好的物品范圍內(nèi)，用手持檢針機(jī)檢驗(yàn)。推薦用木質(zhì)桌來(lái)遠(yuǎn)離生產(chǎn)流水線。
b. Work must be carried to the special area in a box or plastic bag to prevent the needle fragment from falling onto the factory floor. 必須在特定的區(qū)域，用紙箱或者塑料袋來(lái)防止碎針落到地板上。
c. A small magnet may be used to locate the needle fragment around the dewing machine 在縫紉機(jī)周圍，可用小磁鐵尋找斷針部分
d. If the missing parts still cannot be found, the garments must be destroyed.如果無(wú)法找到，整件衣服必須銷毀。
e. Production must not start until these procedures have been carried out 在未按如上步驟解決問(wèn)題之前，不能恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)。
1.2.7 Broken needle parts must be mounted with clear adhesive tape onto a record sheet. 斷針部分必須立刻用玻璃膠貼在記錄表上。
1.2.8 To ensure that the supervisor can tell whether all the needle parts are found, an example of each needle being used on the sewing line should be mounted onto a card and kept for reference with the broken needle record. 為了確保主管能夠?qū)⑺械牟糠质栈兀诟鞣N針使用的地方，必須用一張卡片貼上樣品針來(lái)做參考。
1.2.9 Records must be kept of needle breakages by machine type, size & operation. 記錄斷針必須要包含如下信息：機(jī)器種類，尺寸和操作的業(yè)務(wù)。
1.2.10 Records should be kept of all new needles issued to the line, to correspond with brokendamaged needle records. 換針記錄必須要和斷針記錄相對(duì)應(yīng)。
1.2.11 Regularly analyse (metal detector to be calibrated every 2 hours) the records to detect trends which will indicate machine maintenance, operator error or incorrect needle type.
Needles for label guns must be controlled by the same procedures.
1.2.13 Hand-sewing needles should be issued daily by the supervisor, and a record kept of issue and return. 手工針必須由主管每天發(fā)放，按時(shí)規(guī)范。并記錄。
If a hand-sewing needle is lost, it must be searched for in the area adjacent to the operator, and in the garments being worked on. If it cannot be found, the same procedure should be followed as for broken machine needles. 如果手工針丟失，必須在使用者的相關(guān)區(qū)域內(nèi)檢針。如果不能找到，按照上述機(jī)器斷針流程操作。
1.2.14 Metal detector to be located at a separate area. 檢針機(jī)要放在獨(dú)立的區(qū)域
1.3 Metal tools policy 金屬工具策略
1.3.1 Metal tools for temporarily using Those metal tools have to be safely stored at a separate area when they are not using, like electric cutter, big scissors, etc. 臨時(shí)使用的金屬工具：這些金屬工具在未使用時(shí)需要存放在一個(gè)獨(dú)立的區(qū)域，比如電剪刀，大剪刀等。
1.3.2 Some metal tools always are using in the working hours, like small scissors, to be tied at machine corner or worker’s neck.

一些金屬工具在工作時(shí)間必須固定在機(jī)器或者員工脖子周圍，比如小剪刀

2. QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM Target驗(yàn)廠質(zhì)量控制系統(tǒng)
2.1 Factory has to establish a reliable quality control system and approved quality manual, ensure the incoming material and product can meet CGA’s quality requirements. So, factory has to take inspections for incoming materials (yarn, fabric and trim), cutting piece, knitting piece, inline-sewing and finished-final process. And well recorded on report. All of the report MUST including STYLE NO, PO NO, QTY, INSPECTION QTY, PROBLEMS AND QTY, CORRECTION ACTION based on AQL 2.5.
工廠必須建立起可靠的質(zhì)量控制系統(tǒng)和被認(rèn)可的質(zhì)量手冊(cè)，來(lái)確保原材料和產(chǎn)品都達(dá)到CGA的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此，工廠需要對(duì)其原材料（紗，布料和線），裁片，針織片，中道，后道等程序進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。并合理記錄在報(bào)告上。根據(jù)AQL2.5，所有報(bào)告必須包含款號(hào)，訂單號(hào)，數(shù)量，檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量，問(wèn)題和數(shù)量，改進(jìn)方案等。
3. Safety Target驗(yàn)廠-安全
3.1 Fire escape exits 消防通道
a. keep unlocked 保持常開(kāi)
b. well labelled 標(biāo)識(shí) c. Unobstructed 未被阻塞
3.2 Fire evacuation drill to be carried every 12 month and well recorded 每年一次消防演練并記錄
3.3 Fire extinguisher to be well maintained and well recorded. 滅火器需養(yǎng)護(hù)并記錄
3.4 PPE mesh gloves for cutting operators, protect glass and mask for washer ect… 個(gè)人防護(hù)設(shè)備：防切金屬手套，防護(hù)鏡，面具等
3.5 Chemical all hazardous chemical s have to be well stored at separate area with clear materials safety data sheet 危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品需有清晰的MSDS，并正確存放在獨(dú)立區(qū)域。
3.6 Safety guards All machines have to fixed adequate safety guards. 機(jī)器保護(hù)裝置
3.7 First Aid Box with trained first aid workers (with certificates) photos, emergency call no., emergency treatment guild line copy onnear 1st aid box. There are sufficiently stock in 1st aid boxes. There is at least 1 pc at each floor in the production building.
急救箱：在第一個(gè)急救箱附近需要有經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)認(rèn)證的員工的照片，緊急電話，緊急防護(hù)指示等。同時(shí)保證內(nèi)有足夠的藥物。每層樓至少一個(gè)。
4. House keeping Target驗(yàn)廠-廠房管理
4.1 Warehouse All incoming materials have to be placed on trays or ranks with clearly identified in the separate area. 倉(cāng)庫(kù)：所有材料都必須放在托盤(pán)或柵欄上并清晰標(biāo)注
4.2 Workshop 車間
a. All product must not sweep on floor 產(chǎn)品不能拖到地面
b. All machines and workshop to be keep clean and tidy 機(jī)器和廠房保持整潔
c. Approved sample to be placed on each work station 各工作小組需放有確認(rèn)樣
d. Keep the corridors free. 保持走道暢通
e. All production lines must laid out in an efficient manner. 產(chǎn)品流水比如用效率的方式排放
4.3 Packing area Target塔吉特驗(yàn)廠對(duì)包裝區(qū)要求
a. The packing area must be adequate, tidy and clean and well lit. 包裝區(qū)需獨(dú)立、整潔，光亮。
b. An approved sample to be placed for checking. 檢查時(shí)需放有確認(rèn)樣
c. Each customer’s products need clearly segregated and marked once packing is complete.不同客戶的產(chǎn)品需要清晰分離并在包裝完成時(shí)立刻注明。
