        NONDISCRIMINATION 非歧視

        FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION 結(jié)社自由
        Suppliers must recognize and respect the right of workers to freedom of association and to bargain collectively.
        供貨商必須承認(rèn)并尊重更人自由結(jié)社及集體談判的權(quán)利。
        Workers must not be subject to intimidation or harassment in the exercise of their right to join or to refrain from joining any organization.
        工人必須能夠自由參加或脫離任何組織而不受任何脅迫或騷擾。
        CONTRACT LABOR 合同勞工
        Workers hired through contract agencies,including migrant workers shall be employed by the supplier in strict accordance with relevant international legal agreeements between legal agreements between the sending and receiving countries.
        通過中介雇傭工人(包括移民工在內(nèi))的雇傭合同應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵從輸出國和到達(dá)過兩國的國家法律協(xié)定。
        DISCIPLINE AND TERMINATION 處罰及合同終止
        Suppliers shall implement reasonable procedures for disciplining and/or terninating workers including maintaining appropriate documentation.Suppliers shall not use monetary fines as a penitive disciplinary fines as a punitive disciplinary practice.

        Suppliers shall have a conprehensive set of employment/personnel policies and proceduers that are fully communicated to their workforce.

        Suppliers must foster and maintain conditons in which workers can freely communicate grievances and expect prompt and reasonable action.
        供應(yīng)商須建立及維持工人能夠自由進(jìn)行申訴并能得到及時合理回應(yīng)的氣氛。

        .Wokkers are allowed to leave the factory without penalty under reasonable circumstances.
